Q: How long does delivery take?


A: For South African clients our standard delivery time is 2-7 working days. Our express option has a turnaround time of 1-4 working days.


For Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Malawi, Zambia & Eswatini delivery may take up 4-10 business days.

For international shipping and delivery, our turnaround time 7-10 working days after 2-4 working days of processing.

Q: Can I come and collect my order myself?


A: Yes! You're welcome to collect and collect in-person, or send someone to collect provided they have an order number.
You can collect at either:

Q: What are your operating hours?
A: Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm & 9am - 2pm on public holidays. 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, and cash.

Q: Do you accept lay-bys?
A: No unfortunately at the moment we do not.

Q: Which salon services you offer?
A: We offer installation, customisation, bleaching & dyeing as well as wig making & treatment.

Q: What colours do you bleach and dye to?
A: We bleach to shades of brown & blonde. Currently our dyeing services are only available for the colour red.
