Q: Are there any specials currently running?


A: Yes, we always have sales & specials.

Q: How much is installation?

A: Installation for a full frontal is R500; or a TPart/5x5/4x4 it’s R400. If your wig was NOT purchased at Shara Hair, please add R100 to the above prices for installation.

Q: How long does delivery take?


A: For South African clients our standard delivery time is 2-7 working days. Our express option has a turnaround time of 1-4 working days.


For Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Malawi, Zambia & Eswatini delivery may take up 4-10 business days.

For international shipping and delivery, our turnaround time 7-10 working days after 2-4 working days of processing.

Q: Can I come and collect my order myself?


A: Yes! You're welcome to collect and collect in-person, or send someone to collect provided they have your order number.


You can collect at either:

Shara Hair Johannesburg - Johannesburg CBD No 1 Eloff Street.

Shara Hair Rivonia - Rivonia central mall opposite news cafe. Rivonia Boulevard & 9th Street, Sandton

Q: What are your operating hours?


A: Both our JHB CBD and Rivonia branches are open Monday - Saturday from 9am - 5pm & 9am - 2pm on public holidays. 

Please also check our social pages for any updates regarding store operating hours.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?


A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards, and Cash.

Q: Do you accept lay-byes?


A: Yes, we do! It’s 5% interest, with a 50% non-refundable deposit
payable upfront, and 3 months to pay the balance.

Should you fail to make the remaining payments within 3 months, your order will be cancelled.

Q: Which salon services you offer?


A: We offer installation, customisation, bleaching & dyeing as well as wig making & treatment.

Q: What colours do you bleach and dye to?


A: We bleach to shades of brown & blonde. Currently our dyeing services are only available for the colour red.
